    The heart of Watchpost: post groups with per-channel customisation, a reliable publisher and a media library that checks every file.

    • Scheduling, post now, drafts, duplicates, rescheduling, bulk actions, repeat every N days and posting slots per channel.
    • Approvals: editors submit, owners and admins approve or request changes; posts cannot publish while waiting.
    • Tags, Sets (saved channel groups with prefilled content and times), internal comments and private preview links for clients.
    • Publisher with retries for temporary errors, posts held while a channel needs reconnecting, and "Missed" posts instead of late surprises.
    • Media library: direct and resumable uploads, image re-encoding with location data removed, video checks and a storage quota.

    Six platforms

    Watchpost can now talk to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile, each with the posting options its official API offers. X is built too and is switched on later.

    The analytics engine, the security core and the privacy tools that PDPA and GDPR rights depend on.

    The first screens of the Watchpost app are in place, built on a new design system with light and dark themes.

    • Card billing: one RM69 monthly plan, saved cards, invoices, billing contacts and a 7-day grace period if a renewal fails.
    • Without an active subscription, scheduled posts wait with a "Subscription required" badge instead of going out.
    • Notification centre and branded emails for failed posts, broken connections, approvals, billing and a weekly summary, with per-person preferences.
